Hall of Fame Basketball legend, Maya Moore Irons made international news when she stepped away from one of the winningest sports careers in history in pursuit of a win for Jonathan Irons in a court of law. Jonathan served 23 years for a crime he didn’t commit before the efforts of Maya and many others eventually exonerated him.

Writer, Editor
Dinkins served as the first Executive Editor of VOICES and oversaw the publication of the VOICES books and devotionals that were created in that time. She continues to contribute to VOICES, while also serving as the director of Publishing in Color which exists to increase the number of books published by spiritual writers of color.
